Yoko co-founded euforia all the way back in 2007. She’s been called euforia’s “skeleton”, a force tranquille bringing structure and process, strong foundations for euphoric creativity and magic to flourish. Yoko’s passion is creating human-centered and purpose-driven non-hierarchical structures and processes, which promote self-management, rapid prototyping, radical collaboration and wellbeing within individuals, teams and organisations. She has shared these skills with dozens of teams (inside and outside of the euforia universe) supporting them in finding their best way to work successfully together. Her facilitation style combines joyfulness and pragmatism, with an approach to creating change from the inside out. Her superpowers include creating order in chaos + a bottomless toolbox right inside her head_whatever your problem, she knows a concept to shed new light on it. Just write her and try it out!
