Consultation hours

This is a pay-what-feels-right offer. We meet around your challenge and are looking for inspirational ways to tackle it where we bring in our experience of self-management and social innovation. You decide how much this is worth to you.

Duration: 1-3h

Workshops

In our trainings, we share what we learned in twelve years of experimenting with new ways of working and creating transformative learning experiences. Our workshops are structured around five dimensions: leadership, collaboration, self-management, wholeness and purpose. You can also book all our public trainings in-house, and of course we create tailor-made workshops according to your needs.

Duration: 1-5 days

Project Facilitators

You want your innovative projects to be set up in a more inclusive and participatory way? As facilitators we provide a smooth process where various stakeholders feel welcome and safe to contribute. Such a process could be around designing a new (social) product or a new learning or leadership program. We also co-create your conference, your retreat, your team event or meetings for an inclusive dialogue.

Duration: 1 week to 6 months

Intrapreneur

As your intrapreneur we temporarily come into your company while immersing into the organizational procedures and principles. We work on your project - e.g. new salary structure, new recruiting and onboardin, new learning culture, business agility, purpose driven business modeling, and internal start-up - and at the same time we act as change agents. As we think and act differently, we will find new solutions together and influence the transformational mindset in your organization.

Duration: 6 months to 2 years

Authenticity: We walk the talk! We are living the working cultures and values we impart and bring in the mindset and energy of Generation Y. Our working experience with young individuals, teams and top managers of large companies gives us a strong background. We have facilitated trainings and programs ranging from groups of 6 up to 1,000 people.

Empowering framework: Our facilitators possess the expertise to understand your needs. However, unlike conventional consultants, we are guiding you with facilitation methods to quickly prototype the solution yourself – because you are the expert!

The human being in the center: We focus on soft skills and provide a learning environment on a basis of trust where everybody can show up as they are. This creates an incubator for development and performance. Thanks to our experiential methods, your learning experience is more powerful and sustainable. Plus, it’s much more fun!

 

Our references


We are doing one-to-three day workshops for companies including PwC, Dectris, Enzler or Givaudan. We are working with the Canton of Geneva to include Radical Collaboration® in their training catalogue for all civil servants. We started collaborating with Young UN to bring more disruptive ways of working into the United Nations system.

A long term collaboration with a team from the Hospice Général, where we applied a transformational organizational process, is inspired by Theory U to co-create innovative and inclusive organizational structures. As facilitation and transformative learning are two of our core competencies we were thrilled to be part of several program design co-creations for e.g. HWZ, FHNW and GFN in Germany.

Our intrapreneur offerings are have been used by our partners such as Paxion, collaboratio helvetica and Netzwärk where we acted as a source of inspiration. In these settings we are developing, from within the organization, new projects such as learning program setup, purpose driven business, social innovation, and new ways of collaborating.
