Fe.male - traits of masculine and feminine in organisations

  • Online via Zoom https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89503972881 (map)

What masculine and feminine traits do we have as individuals, and how do these traits influence the way we act, lead, and collaborate in organizations? In this workshop, we want to deconstruct the masculine and feminine non-physical attributes and how they drive our organizations.

Together, we will firstly have a close look at your own understanding of what feminine, masculine, and maybe other diverse qualities entail. We want to discover those through an intuitive approach using centering techniques and generative methods. For a panoptic view on what is present, all members of the group can share their insights about their personal imprints and how they might affect their own behavior and postures.

The second part is dedicated to transferring the findings of the first part into an organizational context. What are the masculine and feminine characteristics of an organization? How do we perceive them? What do we like, what don't we like? What is balance for us?

How would we like our organizations to be? What are the gaps between our current organizations and our desired organizations? And what could be concrete first steps towards these desired organizations?

Nico and Oli will hold this space from an apprentices' position, learning on this topic as the discussion unfolds. It will be a safe and brave space for anyone curious about their own imprints on fe.male and about how those imprints influence their personal and professional behavior. The format will be experience-based, with no slides, no theory - we will all learn from each other.
